1. APPLICATIONS: Complete all information including the Credit Verification authorization. Be certain to list present and previous landlord’s name(s) and telephone number(s); all employment history with verifiable addressed and telephone numbers. This application must be signed by each adult (18 years of age and older).
2. PROOF OF INCOME:
a) W-2, current paycheck stubs (for 2 months) and bank statements (for 2 months.
b) Self-employed persons are required to provide latest filed income Tax Return including Schedule E or C or any other attachments, Profit & Loss Statement or 1099.
3. PROOF OF IDENTITY: Applicant must provide current Drivers’ License. Please note: If the application is approved, we will require to see the actual picture I.D and copies will be made before the keys to the property are released.
4. CREDIT CHECK FEE: A check or money order for the amount of $25.00 per adult (18 years of age and older) will be required. This fee is non-refundable. Make payable to Coldwell Banker Quality Properties.
ATTENTION: MOST APPLICATIONS CAN BE APPROVED WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS FROM THE TIME RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE. APPROVAL WILL BE DELAYED IF ALL THE ABOVE REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED.
CERTIFIED FUNDS: CASHIER’S CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT ARE REQUIRED AT LEASE SIGNING.
